What conditions can be handled through telehealth?
Telehealth may be appropriate for many nonemergency concerns, medication refill evaluations, lab reviews, follow-up needs, and new-patient consultations. Some concerns require in-person or emergency evaluation.
Are mobile visits available everywhere in Texas?

Does booking guarantee a prescription or specific treatment?
No. Prescriptions, testing, documentation, referrals, and treatment decisions are based on the provider’s clinical evaluation and are not guaranteed.
